Cortlandt Healthcare was excited to host their festive Summer Luau Barbecue in celebration of the exciting season at the community! Residents, staff and families were treated to delicious sweet & sour pork and chicken teriyaki with fresh garden and fruit salads! A scrumptious pineapple upside down cake was also served!

Entertainment provided by the fabulous Sue Larsen made us all feel as if we were enjoying the day in Hawaii!’
