Victoria Nikprelaj

Victoria has attended Pace Business School and has worked for over 15 years in healthcare.  What led her to this career path was caring for her father, who had suffered a stroke. She saw a need for love and attention amongst this population.  She finds it rewarding to provide compassionate support and make a meaningful difference in their daily lives.  Connecting with the residents is her favorite part of the job.  Understanding that they are going through, and seeing the smiles on their faces each and every day.  In her spare time, she enjoys quality time with her grandchildren.
