Renate has a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Dominican College. While in college, Renate completed field placement in Adult Protection and realized that her niche was working with the elderly population. Renate has been working in Skilled Nursing facilities since 1998, and has had the privilege of working for Cortlandt Healthcare as Director of Social Services.
