Nayeli Cabrera

Nayeli volunteered for two years in a nursing home where she was able to experience time with residents, and when she heard about the concierge position she felt that it was the perfect opportunity to be able to build stronger relationships, anticipate individual needs, and provide a higher level of attention and coordination. She is motivated to improve the patient experience, advocate for their well-being, and deliver care that feels thoughtful, accessible, and human rather than rushed or transactional. Its a privilege being there for someone beyond a single appointment, getting to understand their fears, preferences, and what matters most to them. Over time, trust builds. Patients stop feeling like they're navigating healthcare alone and start feeling supported by someone who genuinely knows them and has their back.  Spending time with her two girls always brings her peace. Just being a mom grounds her, recharges her, and reminds her what truly matters, allowing Nayeli to show up fully for others.
