Karol Zambrano, BSN, RN

Karol attended Pace University and has been working in healthcare for seven years. For six years, she was a CNA, and now a new graduate RN. She was initially drawn to the field because she enjoys helping people and wanted a career where she could make ameaningful impact every day. Over time, Karol found that she really values the combination of patient care, teamwork, and continuous learning that healthcare offers.The best thing about being a nurse is being able to make a difference in people’s lives during some of their most difficult and vulnerable moments. I love that in this field, it is always a learning experience
