Emilie Procario, MS RDN, CDN
Clinical Nutrition Manager
Emilie received a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Binghamton University and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Hunter College. Emilie has been working in the healthcare field for seven years, beginning as an aide at a nursing facility and then transitioning to working as a case manager in the mental health field. Emilie realized that her true passion was nutrition and felt this was where she could significantly impact individuals’ health and well-being. Working as a clinical dietician has been very rewarding, and she can positively impact residents’ health outcomes through daily nutrition. Her passion is building relationships with the residents and ensuring they eat well and are happy with their diet. Emilie works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to positively contribute to the health outcomes of residents. In her spare time, she likes hiking outdoors, being with family and friends, and baking. As a side note, Emilie began her career as a dietician at a sister CareRite community.
